Using thermal imaging we measure where the building leaks heat — before revitalization as input for the design, after as proof for owners and as documentation for NZÚ. Images including the technical report typically within five working days.
Thermal imaging finds the building's weak points — heat losses, hidden execution defects, badly insulated joints and thermal bridges, plus water leaks or wiring faults. Useful before revitalization (as input for the design) and after (as proof for owners and part of the NZÚ documentation).
Optionally we pair the survey with a data-logger — a small device that continuously records temperature and humidity inside the structure. That distinguishes a mould or condensation cause from its symptom. The thermography report including images and interpretation typically lands within five working days.
