What we take care of.
We insulate the building envelope, replace windows and doors, refurbish the façade, repair balconies and roofs — and handle the entire NZÚ subsidy paperwork for you. After completion we deliver thermal imaging before / after, so you can show owners actual numbers instead of just a fresh coat of paint.
An external thermal-insulation composite system (ETICS) reduces heat loss through the envelope, extends façade life, and eliminates thermal bridges and condensation. In practice that's 30–60 % savings on heating costs. We choose the build-up based on substrate — typically adhesive and skim coat, EPS 70 polystyrene, plate dowels, alkali-resistant reinforcing mesh, primer, and a thin-coat tinted plaster.
On apartment buildings we also insulate roof and loft spaces: blown mineral-wool insulation, polystyrene with tapered wedges on flat roofs, or loosely laid mineral wool in lofts. The whole system, including materials, comes with a minimum five-year warranty backed by manufacturer certification.
