How fast do you prepare a quote?
For smaller jobs within a week, for apartment-building revitalizations within 14 days of measurement. You get scope variants, not a single number.
Do you work outside Cheb?
Yes, we operate across the Karlovy Vary region — Cheb, Mariánské Lázně, Sokolov, Karlovy Vary and surroundings. Our base and heart remain in Cheb.
Do you also handle design documentation and permits?
Yes. Design preparation, engineering and communication with the building authority are part of the job — we hold ČKAIT authorizations for building construction and services.
Do you help with the NZÚ subsidy?
Yes — together with an energy specialist we prepare the assessment, application and settlement. We hold certificates for NZÚ and boiler subsidies (heat pumps, biomass, solar).
What warranty do you give?
A standard 5-year contractual warranty on construction work, manufacturer's warranty on technology. Regional service within 48 hours.
Do we have to move out during reconstruction?
In the vast majority of cases, no. Insulation happens from outside, riser replacement in stages during working hours. Notices and a pre-agreed schedule keep everyone informed.
Do you use subcontractors?
The core trades — masonry, plumbing, heating, electrical — are done by our own employees. Subcontractors only for specialties like lifts or structural work, always under our site manager.
