We build turnkey or renovate existing structures. From design and permits, through shell and trades to finishings and the handover protocol — all with one site manager and our own crew.
Before construction begins we take time to actually understand your requirements — layout, heating, bathroom and kitchen choices. The goal is for the investment to show up in the house, not vanish into off-the-shelf solutions.
Every site has a qualified site manager who keeps the construction log, coordinates trades, and watches both safety and execution quality. We schedule inspection days during the build — you always know where we are. Heating is typically designed as a combination of sources (fireplace insert, heat pump, gas boiler, solar) — the result is a house that's cheap to heat and to run. Windows, doors, and insulation are supplied by trusted manufacturers with a standard five-year warranty.
