TERCOM started in 2001 as a seller of building insulation, thermal systems and plumbing materials. Knowing materials down to the detail — that's the foundation we still build on today.
In 2006 we added complete construction services: apartment-building revitalizations, reconstructions, new builds. The shop became a construction company with its own crews of bricklayers, plumbers, heating engineers and electricians.
Today we focus purely on construction and technology: revitalization and insulation, heat pumps, photovoltaics and every trade under one roof. After 25 years we know a good build starts with honest preparation — and ends with clients coming back.

Own people, own equipment
Bricklayers, plumbers, heating engineers and electricians are our employees — not subcontractors. Plus a fleet including crane-arm trucks.
Certified craftsmanship
ČKAIT authorization, NZÚ certificates and regular manufacturer training. Our technicians are certified for the procedures they actually use on site.
Numbers instead of promises
Transparent budgets, thermal imaging before and after, a schedule agreed up front. You decide based on data, not impressions.
