We start with a 3D visualization — so you see the result before we buy materials. Then plumbing-core demolition, new pipework, tiling, sanitary fittings, and handover. A complete bathroom usually in 2–3 weeks.
We've been doing plumbing-core renovations since 2006. Every bathroom is a little different — building age, layout, owner's vision — so we start with a 3D design so you see the outcome before we buy materials. For serious clients we also arrange the design documentation and the building-authority notification.
A typical panel-building bathroom takes 2–3 weeks — core demolition, new pipework, tiling, fixtures, handover. Promising "in a week" we consider disrespectful to neighbours and to the trade. On completion you receive electrical and gas inspection reports, water pressure tests, drainage tightness certificate, water-meter replacement protocol, and manufacturer warranties. Our work warranty is 36 months; an indicative budget for a panel-flat renovation typically lands at CZK 100,000–250,000.
